Give
Muslimi Give is a digital performance fundraising engagement platform built for the Muslim donor. We partner with mission-driven organizations through three distinct engagement models — each with its own commitment, commercial structure, and outcome. This document lays them out clearly, so the conversation starts on the right terms.
Muslimi combines performance marketing with first-party Muslim audience data, owned media placements, and platform traffic to drive fundraising results at scale. We've supported some of the largest Muslim nonprofits globally and moved millions in donation volume through campaigns optimized for this audience.
We understand the constraints unique to Muslim fundraising: post-iOS tracking challenges, Zakat-eligibility framing, Ramadan campaign intensity, and the trust threshold that Muslim donors demand before giving. Our partnerships are structured around those realities — not generic nonprofit marketing templates.
Muslimi's proprietary infrastructure was purpose-built for performance fundraising in the Muslim market. Every capability below was designed around a specific donor behavior, a specific conversion friction, or a specific reach problem that standard nonprofit tooling cannot solve.
Proprietary first-party tracking that maintains attribution accuracy in a privacy-first world. Post-iOS tracking challenges solved at the infrastructure level.
Arabic, English, and culturally nuanced scripts with custom landing pages. Global reach with local resonance — purpose-built for the global Muslim donor.
Direct-to-donor messaging with 98% open rates. Reach donors on their most personal devices with precision, not spam.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and seamless mobile donation flows. Frictionless giving — because the difference between a donor and a drop-off is usually three taps.
Millions in monthly ad spend driving consistent traffic. Pixel leverage and strategic retargeting optimize every dollar against Muslim donor audiences.
The platform prioritizes recurring donations for sustainable long-term growth — not one-time campaign spikes. Lifetime value, not just acquisition.
A selection of engagements that demonstrate what the platform can do across different mission types, donor relationships, and fundraising goals — from rapid crisis response to long-term infrastructure funding to community-scale masjid giving.
The "zero to hero" blueprint. Humaniti started with a single cause in one country. Through strategic infrastructure and sustained execution, the organization transformed into a global fundraising powerhouse.
Speed & scale. When crisis hits, speed is the only metric that matters. The platform delivered immediate mobilization across every available donor channel.
Masjid-scale fundraising, properly activated. Demonstrates the platform's reach into non-relief community giving — a space that traditionally underperforms in digital fundraising because of language, cultural, and donor-intent barriers the platform was specifically built to address.
Access to our partnership models depends on the nature of your organization. Muslimi Foundation is reserved for non-relief community organizations. Pricing and minimum ad spend for Inc and Agency also scale based on category.
International and domestic relief, emergency response, humanitarian aid, and development organizations. These partners typically operate at significant scale with established donor infrastructure.
Masajid, Islamic education institutions, Dawah organizations, and community-focused nonprofits whose mission sits outside relief and emergency response.
Muslimi Foundation is an independent nonprofit supporting non-relief community organizations. Muslimi Inc is a full-service managed fundraising partnership. Muslimi Agency is a dedicated paid media engagement with full client ownership.
An independent nonprofit supporting non-relief community organizations.
End-to-end managed fundraising operated on your behalf.
Dedicated paid media execution with full client ownership.
The Foundation operates as an asset-based partnership. Non-relief community organizations — masajid, Islamic education institutions, Dawah organizations — contribute assets to the Foundation, and the Foundation in turn supports these partners through discretionary grant payouts when funds allow.
Partners provide the Foundation with access to their assets — content, brand, community reach, creative materials, leadership appeals. The Foundation leverages these assets at its sole discretion to advance the broader work being done across its full network of partners. This leverage is not tied to any single partner's calendar or campaign.
Foundation partners may request consulting sessions at $250 USD per hour, billed against the session. The Foundation does not include recurring meetings, campaign reviews, or standing strategy sessions — these are client-side deliverables reserved for Muslimi Inc and Agency engagements.
Masajid and non-relief community organizations that want to contribute to — and benefit from — the collective fundraising infrastructure the Foundation is building, without entering a paid service agreement.
Muslimi Inc is a managed fundraising partnership. We operate campaigns on your behalf — running paid media, collecting donations through our platform, producing creative, and communicating with donors under your cause. You focus on your mission; we focus on moving donation volume.
The base performance fee is 10% of net proceeds — applied to funds raised after direct costs including ad spend, payment processing, and platform fees.
| Scenario | Performance fee |
|---|---|
| Client funds the ad spend | 10% (base) |
| Muslimi invests and covers ad spend (case-by-case) | +5% → 15% |
| Owned media (email, SMS, WhatsApp) placements | 20% on net proceeds after send costs |
Ad spend investment is offered on a case-by-case basis, at Muslimi's discretion. When elected, Muslimi takes over all paid media funding for the campaign period in exchange for the additional performance fee. Owned media placements (email, SMS, WhatsApp) carry per-send costs, which are deducted before the performance fee is applied to net proceeds.
Nonprofits and causes that want a high-performance fundraising engine without standing up their own in-house marketing operation — and are comfortable with Muslimi operating the donor-facing campaign in exchange for speed, scale, and platform leverage.
Muslimi Agency is a dedicated paid media engagement. We run your advertising — creative, media buying, optimization, reporting — while you retain full ownership of donations, donor data, and donor communications. This is the model for organizations with the operational infrastructure to own the back end and the conviction to invest seriously in the front end.
Agency clients may elect to leverage Muslimi's platform infrastructure for specific campaign needs. When used, these are billed as separate line items:
| Service | Cost |
|---|---|
| Muslimi pixel data & media buying on Muslimi's ad account | $2,000 / mo + ad costs |
| Muslimi email / SMS list campaign | $1,000 / send + costs + 20% 15% on net proceeds |
Muslimi does not share pixel data, donor data, or audience segments with the Agency client. These remain Muslimi's proprietary assets and are only activated on the client's behalf through Muslimi's own accounts and sends. Agency clients receive a reduced 15% performance fee on owned media campaigns (vs. the standard 20%) as part of the Agency partnership.
If the client wishes to run collaboration ads with Muslimi, these are executed from Muslimi's ad accounts only. The Agency client provides page access to Muslimi to enable the collaboration.
The marketing dashboard is required for Agency engagements. It is Muslimi's proprietary reporting dashboard, integrated into the client's data environment, giving the client continuous visibility into campaign performance and reducing the need for ad-hoc reporting requests.
Established organizations with the resources to commit to serious paid media investment, the infrastructure to operate their own donor pipeline, and the organizational discipline to let a specialist agency run campaigns without day-to-day interference.
A complete reference across all three models — for clients weighing which fits best, and for Muslimi's team when the distinction needs to be drawn quickly.

The operational terms that govern every Inc and Agency engagement. All amounts in USD.
Setup fees cover onboarding, account configuration, pixel installation, initial campaign architecture, and creative kickoff. For Agency engagements, the data integration setup enables the required dashboard integration with the client's data environment. Billed in full at contract signing and non-refundable.
All retainers are billed via ACH / PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) directly from the client's bank account. Amounts are deducted automatically on the contracted billing date each month. Failed debits pause campaign activity until resolved; persistent failure triggers termination review.
Foundation: Grant payouts issued quarterly, bi-annually, or annually at Foundation discretion. Inc: Contractual payouts issued monthly when amounts exceed $10,000 USD; quarterly when below. The same 15th/21st cadence applies to all payout cycles.
Meeting time is scoped per tier. Additional meetings beyond allocation are billed at consulting rate. This structure exists so partners receive the time they've paid for — and so time is not diluted across unstructured informal requests.
All campaign communications, approvals, briefs, status updates, and documentation occur via email. Agency clients additionally receive Slack access for day-to-day collaboration with the team. Muslimi does not operate WhatsApp groups or maintain text-message threads for campaign operations. This policy keeps communication documented, searchable, and protected from informal drift — which in turn protects the scope of the engagement, the accuracy of the record, and the time of everyone involved.
Creative allotments are monthly and do not roll over. Clients are required to provide all raw assets, any edited assets to leverage in media buying, and full campaign briefs per Muslimi's onboarding process.
| Deliverable | Muslimi Inc | Muslimi Agency |
|---|---|---|
| Unique ad videos per month | 3 videos, 3 ratio sizes each | 5 videos, 3 ratio sizes each |
| Ad copy sets per month | 2 sets | 2 sets |

Creative fatigue is the single biggest performance ceiling in paid fundraising — ad sets lose efficiency within weeks. Clients with in-house creative capacity are strongly encouraged to leverage their own teams to produce additional videos, variants, and testing assets beyond Muslimi's monthly allotment. More creative in rotation directly drives more ads running, more angles tested, and more scale unlocked.
Muslimi provides the creative brief, performance insights, and asset feedback — the client's team produces additional ad variants against that framework. This is how engagements scale from dozens of ads running to hundreds.
Data policies are strict and enforced consistently. Muslimi's proprietary assets — pixel data, audience segments, owned media lists — are never shared with clients. Client data, in turn, is handled according to the tier engaged.
The marketing dashboard is required across both Inc and Agency engagements at $500 USD / month. For Inc clients, the dashboard is the client's access point to donor data and campaign performance on Muslimi's platform. For Agency clients, the dashboard is integrated into the client's data environment via a one-time $5,000 USD data integration setup — the ongoing fee covers the dashboard license, data pipeline maintenance, and integration support.

The following are not provided under any Muslimi engagement, and are not available as add-ons. Clients seeking these services should engage dedicated providers.
Strong partnerships require clear inputs. Across Muslimi Inc and Muslimi Agency engagements, clients are expected to provide the following on an ongoing basis.
A Foundation Partner can upgrade to Muslimi Inc or Muslimi Agency by entering the retainer, setup fee, and applicable ad spend commitment. The transition is clean — the relationship shifts from asset-exchange to contracted execution.
Clients may shift between Inc and Agency at term renewal. Mid-term shifts are considered case-by-case and require the remaining term commitment to be honored under the new model.
A paid engagement cannot be downgraded to a Foundation Partnership mid-contract. At renewal, either party may elect a shift — subject to Foundation eligibility (non-relief only).
An organization's category (relief vs non-relief) is determined at the start of the engagement based on mission and operations. Category changes require executive review and are rare.
In select cases, Muslimi may engage an organization outside the standard commercial structure. These arrangements are rare, bespoke, and approved only at the executive level. They exist for partnerships where standard tier economics do not reflect the strategic value of the relationship.
The Strategic Partner Exception is a structured path — not a route for discount-seeking. Field discounts, scope negotiation, and tier blending outside this framework are not permitted.
Clarity protects the partnership. When the model is understood from the outset, every conversation that follows rests on shared ground.
The three models above are not a ladder. They are three distinct ways of working together, built for different kinds of organizations at different stages of readiness. The right fit is the one that matches your operational reality, your resources, and the outcome you want from the work.
